We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, or large text.

The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA: text and background colors meet the contrast minimums, every image carries a description, every control can be reached and used with the keyboard, headings are in order, and nothing moves or flashes on its own. Pages work at 200 percent zoom and on a phone.
